Dr. Carla Kirkland
President, Equity Analytics
Dr. Carla Kirkland is President of Equity Analytics and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Kirkland Group. A veteran educator, curriculum specialist, and consultant, she has spent over two decades helping districts align instruction with standards, assessments, and accountability. She is co-author of Praxis Core For Dummies and a trusted partner to state departments and school systems.
Dylan Jones
Chief Executive Officer, Equity Analytics
Dylan Jones is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Analytics. A former Director of Federal Programs and Data, he created the platform while working in Sunflower County to cut guesswork and help educators make real-time decisions aligned to the latest state accountability rules, and he now works with districts across the Southeast.
Dr. Miskia Davis
Chief Operating Officer, Equity Analytics
Dr. Miskia Davis is Chief Operating Officer of Equity Analytics, with more than 25 years of experience across every level of education, from teacher to superintendent. As Superintendent of Sunflower County, she led the district's rise from one of the 20 lowest performing to the highest achieving in the Mississippi Delta, using Equity Analytics as the foundation for change.
Samuel Williams
Chief Technology Officer, Equity Analytics
Samuel Williams is Chief Technology Officer of Equity Analytics, pairing educational leadership with deep technical expertise. A former Associate Superintendent and Director of Federal Programs, he leads the engineering vision behind the platform, keeping it responsive, scalable, and grounded in the realities of public education.
