Full Academic Year Updates

Improvement

Full academic year (FAY) status has been overhauled.

The data tracker can filter to students who meet FAY status, or to those who don't, in one click.
Starting this year, students who do not meet FAY status are not counted in district and school projected accountability ratings.

To learn what full academic year means, see page 31 of the Mississippi Department of Education's (MDE) accountability rules.
