What's New
New updates and improvements to TKG Analytics
Deactivate and Reactivate Users
New
District admins can now deactivate a user who no longer needs access, and reactivate them later, from the user's edit page. Your choice holds through the nightly SIS import.

Third Grade First-Time Pass Rates

Course Flexibility for 4x4 High Schools
Improvement
Some block-scheduled (4x4) high schools teach end-of-course content under their own local course codes. We can now map those codes to the official subject for your district, so those students' scores count in the right impacts.
If your district uses local course codes for end-of-course subjects, open a helpdesk ticket and we'll set up the mapping with you.

Guided Onboarding for New Districts
New
New districts now join TKG Analytics through a guided onboarding wizard in the app instead of forms and email.
- Step by step: district information and district admins, current SIS files, school changes, score information, historical SIS files, impact files, score files and SLAIF files.
- A status page shows which steps are complete before you submit.
- Emails at each stage, from a welcome through a request to verify your data to a note when onboarding is complete.
K-1 District Defined Benchmark Ranges
New
Districts can now use their own percent-correct ranges for kindergarten and 1st grade ELA and math benchmarks, while grades 2 through 12 keep the standard calculation. Recommended K-1 ranges are published in the docs as a starting point.
Once your district is set up, the ranges appear on the Benchmark Ranges tile in District Information, where district admins can edit them. To turn on K-1 District Defined ranges, open a helpdesk ticket.

Helpdesk Ticket Link
Improvement
The left navigation now has a Helpdesk Ticket link. It opens the ticket form in a new tab, so help is one click away from any page.
Maintenance Access
New
Maintenance is a new kind of additional access that can be added to any user, on top of their role. It lets that user control when other users can reach TKG Analytics, for example while your district's data is being refreshed. Today this is done from the User Access page.

Uploader Access
New
Uploader is a new kind of additional access that can be added to any user, on top of their role. A user with Uploader access can upload assessment and SIS files through the File Uploader, so the person who handles your data files no longer needs to be a district admin.

Course Summaries
New
The new Course Summaries page, under Teacher Actions on the Teachers page, shows every teacher's courses at a glance: one card per teacher, with each course's title, code, teacher type and student count, and links to the teacher's overview, enrollments and impacts. Search it, filter it by school, and download it as a PDF.

Readiness Metrics
New
Readiness Metrics bring each high school student's college and career readiness into one place, calculated automatically from their ACT, SAT, NCRC, ASVAB and diploma records.
- One metric per student, with an Assessment Readiness Indicator (the best of the four tests) and an Achievement Readiness Indicator (from the diploma).
- Readiness Metric Sources can be entered one at a time or uploaded in bulk as a CSV, and out-of-range scores are rejected.
- An overview you can search and filter by school and grade, and export to CSV or PDF.
District admins, district users and school users can see Readiness Metrics. School users see their own schools' students.
